Moray business week

Moray businesses are being offered free workshops during Moray Business Week, 8-15 November, including two digital events hosted by HIE and #hellodigital.

On Thursday 9 November there will be a workshop on making videos for social media. This takes place in Horizon Scotland at Enterprise Park Forres from 09:30 to 12:00, and is followed by Virtual Reality Expo from 13:00 to 16:00.

The workshops form part of a special programme of #hellodigital events in Forres over the next six months to support enterprises to make the most of digital opportunities in how they promote and operate their business and projects.

Carol Davidson from HIE said: “We want to offer Moray groups and businesses the opportunity to meet with the experts who can show them first-hand how technology can be used in many different projects.”

Moray Business Week offers a full and exciting programme on a number of subjects to help businesses in Moray connect digitally and grow globally as well as interactive workshops on CPD skills for growth and workshops designed to help businesses win public sector contracts.  The week culminates with the Moray Chamber of Commerce annual awards lunch on 15 November.

All but three of the events are free to attend (although attendees must register in advance) and are being held in Forres and Elgin.   More details and tickets are available through:
