With a strong reputation in customer care skills, the area is a key target for the business, which currently operates a homeworking staffing model in the central belt and is keen to expand this into rural areas.
Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) has been working with SYKES, to support their investment in the region.
HIE’s Rachel Mackenzie, Area Manager of Innse Gall, said: “With improving broadband connectivity, and an excellent skills base, these jobs could appeal to many local people who want the flexibility of working from home. Even training is provided without the need to travel."
